Ice cold shooting and inconsistent defense doomed the Skyhawks in the first game of the DuPage Tournament vs Daley Community College. The Skyhawks shot 31.4% from the field and 22.7% from the three-point arch for the game but still only trailed by one point at half. The Skyhawks made several runs in the second half to get within 1 or 2 points, but each time the Skyhawks made a run Daley would find and open shooter on their offensive end to regain control of the game. Leading the way for the Skyhawks were the players in double figures; DJ Williams scored 13 points to lead the Skyhawks, Robbie Minor and Rico Combs chipped in 11 points each. Combs led the Skyhawks on the boards with 9 rebounds and DJ Williams had 8 rebounds while Kwan Waller led the Skyhawks on assists with 6.
