Skyhawks outlook 2012-13 The Skyhawks will start their third year under Head Coach Bob Lowe. The two previous years included consecutive Arrowhead Conference Championships, consecutive school records for wins, winning the regional championship2010. This years squad returns several players from last year including three captains and All-Conferences Kelsey Hagan (Huntley), Cali Bartholomew (Harlem) and Kaiti Mathey (Eastland). Skyhawks will also return All-Conference player Samantha St. George (Byron), as well as starters Therese Jender (Rockton), and Courtney Shepard (Byron) also sophomores Jessica Norman (Carol Stream), Hannah Schmidt (Oregon), Nichole Sollars (Dixon)

Lowe is pleased that there are also many talented freshman coming in both locally and from surrounding states. Lowe knows these freshman recruits are athletic and willing to put in the necessary work to continue on with the expectations of a successful program. This year again will bring challenges as the opposing teams will bring their best each time when they are playing the previous champions.

The Skyhawks will begin their quest for a repeat beginning with their first home stand on March 20, 2013 against Joilet.
