W 7-1, W 6-0

The Skyhawks advance to Region IV tournament by defeating Elgin 7-1 and 6-0 in the first round play in game.  Kelsey Hagan hit a 3-run homer and had RBI single in game 1.  Also in game 1, Lori Lynch drove in 2 runs for the Skyhawks.  Kiara Kaleel was the winning pitcher in game 1 striking out 8 and walking 1.  Brianna Shultz was the winning pitcher in game 1.  The will play again on Friday, May 3 in Freeport.  Good luck Skyhawks!!
