Purpose:
To promote the independence and quality of life of older adults. To connect seniors from ages 60 and over to the various activities available at the Bridges Senior Center.
Remarks:
Office hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. An appointment is necessary for some services. It is also a Medicare Denrollment Site. The Bridges Senior Center offers assistance with filling out Illinois Care Rx applications. Also offered are educational and recreational programs, health promotion services, and caregiver support groups. An outreach work is also available to assist seniors who are homebound. Meal sites are congregated, as well.
