Purpose:
Provides education and support for people with diabetes and their families. Monthly speakers are presented at each meeting to increase the knowledge level of people with diabetes so that they can better manage their chronic disease.
Remarks:
Meets fourth Monday of each Month 6:30PM at CGH
in the Ryberg Auditorium. Network opportunities are also available to all participants.
