Purpose:
To provide primary care to the rural population.
Remarks:
Also serve areas of Sabule and Clinton in Iowa.
Open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Services include health care, primary care, management of blood pressure, cholesterol, acute and chronic illnesses, immunization (childhood & adult tetanus shots available by appointment), school and sport physicals, baby checks, and women examinations.
Payments varies; Medicare, medical and other insurances plans accepted
