Purpose:

To assist residents to achieve self-sufficiency, independence, and health to the maximum extent possible by providing integrated family-oriented service, promoting prevention, and establishing measurable outcomes in partnership with communities. To determine eligibility for cash, medical and Food Stamp assistance programs.

Remarks:

Representatives are available to assist Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Food and nutrition is provided through administration of the Food Stamp Program. Health services are provided through the administration of the Illinois Family Care, All Kids, and Medicaid Programs.
