Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Cooperative is to help local districts provide a meaningful, free, appropriate education for students who have special needs. The Cooperative adopted a centralized organizational structure which encourages local school districts to provide as many of the special education services as possible.

Consultation Services: Adaptive Physical Education, Augmentative Communication, Autism Assistance, Behavior Management, Vision & Hearing, Staff Development Activities, Technical Assistance.
