Purpose:

The immunization clinic offers various types of immunizations.

Remarks:

The Morrison office offers immunizations every first and third Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The Rock Falls office offers immunizations from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM every week from Monday through Friday. Walk-ins are welcome. Immunizations are available to all ages. Previous immunization records need to be available. Parents or legal guardians must sign a consent form for children. There are no income guidelines.
