Purpose:
"Y" programs aim to provide character building, education, and recreational activities, classes and physical training for men, women, children and families. The YMCA offers an opportunity for parents and children to work, play and learn together and to build relationships. If a person has a need or a request for any specific program, the "Y" is willing to cooperate in providing for that request.
Remarks:
Hours: 5:00AM-9:00PM Monday - Thursday, 5:45AM-7:00PM Friday, 7:00AM-5:00PM Saturday, 12:00PM-5:00PM Sunday (Labor Day - Memorial Day).
Services:
Youth Programs: Boys Basketball (grades K-6), Girls Basketball (grades K-8), Soccer (grades K-6), Swimming (6 months and up), Summer Day camp (grades K-5), Fun Days (grades K-5), Holiday Camps (grades K-5), Wellness Center (ages 15 and up), After School Program (grades K-5), Resident Camping (ages 6-14).
Services Open to All: Recreation, Fitness, Camping, Sport.
Family Oriented Programs: Swim and Gym Time, Camp-outs, Parent-child Indian Guides (for 5-9year olds).
Eligibility: No youth and/or family ever denied access to a program because of financial reason. Special scholarships available to those who need help.
