To begin the Academic Planning Worksheet, pick one of the following.

Placement Status

I have completed one or more of the following placement options:
ASSET/COMPASS (offered through SVCC) and/or ACT Scores.
I am exempt from completing a Placement Test requirement. I have successfully earned 12 or more college-level credits at SVCC or through another accredited college/university in courses deemed as "Reading Intensive" with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher. I have also completed ENG 101 or equivalent with a grade of "C" or higher AND a Mathematics course at the 100 level with a grade of "C" or higher.
I have NOT completed a Placement Test and I have not successfully earned *12 or more college-level credits deemed as "Reading Intensive" including English and Math.
Note: You may continue and complete a draft planning worksheet. However, BE AWARE that you will need to revise your worksheet when you complete the required placement process.

*For students who have completed some college-level courses, you may choose to consult a counselor for individual review of courses to determine needed placement(s).
