Important Information:
*New Federal Regulation Effective 2012-2013*
The Department of Education now requires that students (and parents) use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to transfer tax data to the FAFSA, or provide the school a copy of the IRS Tax Return Transcript. Please DO NOT MAIL a copy of your 2011/2012 Tax Forms, we are unable to use them to process your file. For instructions on how to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool or request a copy of your IRS Tax Return Transcript, please click here.
**New Federal Pell Grant Lifetime Eligibility**
In December 2011, President Obama signed into law the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 (Public Law 112-74). This law limits the use of the Federal Pell Grant to 12 semesters (or 600%) throughout a persons lifetime. Please click the link above for more information regarding this new law and how to calculate your eligibility used.
