Sauk Valley Community College transitioned to the Direct Loan Program with the Department of Education during the 2009-10 Academic Year.

The exception to the Direct Loan Process is the Alternative/Private Loan Process that is offered to students and parents that do not qualify for the Direct Loan Process.
