Expanding Your Membership

1. Talk to friends.
2. Send our and/or post notices.
3. Work with the student newspaper.
4. Each member bring a new member.
5. Talk to faculty or advisor.
6. For students with special talents, contact the appropriate faculty or department.
7. Ask students who attend your events.
8. Set up recruitment stations in heavily traveled areas.
9. Hold an initial meeting.
10. Follow-up. It is essential to follow-up on all contacts.
11. Develop an information packet about your organization.
