About Us:
Right Mind Ag, Inc. is a 160ac organic certified family-owned farm committed to sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices. We specialize in growing organic grain crops and prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and minimal environmental impact. Our farm provides a hands-on learning environment where interns can actively participate in our operation.

Responsibilities:
Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting various grain crops.
Participate in soil health monitoring and improvement activities.
Learn and apply organic weed management techniques.
Set-up, operate, and maintain farm equipment under supervision.
Assist with record-keeping and data collection.
Support general farm maintenance and upkeep.

Qualifications:
A sincere interest in organic and regenerative agriculture.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Flexibility, must be available to work when field conditions are right
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic competency with computer technology
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
No prior farming experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to do physical labor, lift and transport min 50lbs, climb in and out of equipment, put in long days on occasion (this is real farming)
