Rent is based on 30% of tenant's gross income. Laundry facilities or individual laundry hookups are provided at all our properties. Some complexes feature a community room. Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (closed 12:00 to 1:00); All housing is located in Savanna; the 525 Third Street location offers the NICHA Golden meals Monday to Saturday for the elderly and disabled.
