Division of Rehabilitation Services - Department of Human Services in Freeport

To provide services for persons with disabilities in vocational planning and job placement or to remain in their home who are in danger of nursing facility placement. DHS Division of Rehabilitation Services is the state's lead agency serving individuals with disabilities. DRS works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families to assist them in making informed choices to achieve full community participation through employment, education, and independent living opportunities. Services are dependent on eligibility criteria of both HSP and VR programs. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM. Services include employment, vocational training, and in home services.
