Federal Benefits -

The Department of Veteran Affairs provides payments directly to students for each month they attend eligible courses. Partial months are pro-rated and payments are based on the students Training Time. See VA website for current payment rates.

Chapter 30 (Montgomery GI Bill®- Active Duty):For veterans who served on active duty after June 30, 1985, have contributed to GI Bill®and have an honorable discharge.

Chapter 31 (Veterans Vocational Rehabilitation): Program for veterans who have a service-connected disability rating of 20% or higher.

Chapter 33 (Post-9/11 GI Bill®): For veterans who served on active duty on or after September 11, 2001. Eligible students are advised to carefully weigh the costs and benefits before opting to switch from Chapter 30 to Chapter 33. Chapter 35 (Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance Program): Benefit for dependents of service members who died or became permanently disabled="disabled" while serving on active duty.

Chapter 1606 (Montgomery GI Bill® - Selected Reserve): For members of Selected Reserves and National Guard who have completed Basic Training and AIT, and are in good standing with their unit.
