Finance Procedures

Finance procedures shall be established and conducted as prescribed by the Administrative Rules of the Illinois Community College Board (Ill. Admin. Code tit. 23, § 1501.501 et seq.) and by such statutes or requirements as may be applicable to the expenditure of public or grant funds.
