Career & Technical Degrees

Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees are designed to prepare individuals for employment or to upgrade the skills and knowledge of those currently employed. While these degrees are not designed to transfer, some institutions accept AAS degrees from SVCC toward completing a bachelor's degree.

Each transfer institution requires specific coursework to be completed as part of the AAS degree. Please work with an academic advisor in planning coursework.
